Automotive Technician / Off-Road Mechanical Specialist —

HighLift Off-Road is growing, and we're looking for experienced automotive technicians who take pride in quality repairs, accurate diagnostics, and professional workmanship. If you enjoy working on Jeeps, trucks, SUVs, and off-road vehicles, you'll love being part of our team. From routine maintenance to complete drivetrain repairs and performance upgrades, our technicians work on a wide variety of vehicles every day. What You'll Do As a HighLift Automotive Technician, you'll perform a wide range of mechanical diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, including: Engine diagnostics and repair Suspension and steering diagnostics and repair Brake system service and repair Cooling system repairs Drivetrain and differential service Axle, hub, and bearing replacement Oil changes and preventative maintenance services Electrical and drivability diagnostics HVAC system diagnosis and repair Perform vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs Accurately document inspections, labor, and repair recommendations Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure quality workmanship Work alongside service advisors and fellow technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience What We're Looking For We're looking for technicians who are passionate about the automotive industry and committed to doing the job right.
Preferred Qualifications:
