- Full-time Join the Team at Tint World Columbus Tint World Columbus is seeking an experienced Automotive Window Tint & PPF Technician to join our growing team.
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with automotive installation experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced window tinter, PPF installer, vinyl wrap installer, automotive electronics technician, accessory installer, detailer, or mechanically inclined automotive professional looking to grow their career with a nationally recognized brand. Responsibilities Install automotive window tint on cars, trucks, SUVs, and specialty vehicles Assist with installation of Paint Protection Film (PPF) and vinyl wraps Remove and reinstall interior trim panels, door panels, lights, bumpers, and vehicle components as required Prepare vehicles for installation and ensure all work meets Tint World quality standards Perform occasional alcohol interlock installations and deinstallations (training provided) Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Participate in manufacturer and company training programs as needed Communicate professionally with customers and team members Required Qualifications Professional automotive experience required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Experience working with vehicle interiors, trim panels, and automotive components Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining quality standards Excellent work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Available to work a full-time schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday (rotating day off) Preferred Qualifications Experience installing automotive window tint Experience installing Paint Protection Film (PPF) Experience with vinyl wraps and graphics Automotive electronics installation experience (remote starts, audio, accessories, interlock systems, etc.) Automotive detailing or paint correction experience Body shop, collision repair, dealership technician, or accessory installation experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Performance-based bonus opportunities Base pay plus commission opportunities for qualified candidates Paid training and manufacturer certification opportunities Employee discounts Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Professional, team-oriented work environment Why Tint World Columbus?
