Summary Jiffy Lube is growing in Dayton, OH, and we're looking for a skilled Automotive Mechanic/Technician to take the lead in our Multicare bay. This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to run your own repair shop within our established and supportive framework. Guaranteed to Earn at Least $55,000/Year We believe good mechanics deserve financial stability. That's why we offer a guaranteed annual income of $55,000 when you: Maintain just $3,000 per week in Multicare sales Work at least 45 hours/week That's just $600/day in Multicare sales — very achievable in our high-traffic location.Pay Breakdown Base Pay :
$15/hourOvertime Pay :
Time-and-a-half after 40 hours ($22.50/hour)Guaranteed Hours :
At least 45 hours/week (40 hrs regular + 5 hrs OT) Weekly base pay = $600 + $112.50 OT = $712.50Commission Structure :
