Job Description

White's Honda Toyota of Lima is looking for a motivated Entry-Level Lube Technician to perform essential maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals interested in launching a career in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities:
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. Inspect vehicles for additional needed repairs. Maintain safety and environmental standards. Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient service delivery. Engage in ongoing training for personal and professional development.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). Valid driver's license with a clean record. Basic automotive knowledge or a willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs or more. Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
