We are seeking an experienced Body Repair/Painter to join our team of automotive professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for body repair and refinishing vehicles to restore them to their pre-accident condition. From proper surface preparation to color matching and final finishing, you will use your expertise to ensure a high-quality, factory-level finish on every repair. We request that experienced body repair and painters only apply . Responsibilities Repair vehicles and body panels to factory condition using up to date processes. Prepare vehicle surfaces for paint, including sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning. Mix and match paint colors using manufacturer formulas and tinting techniques. Apply basecoat, clearcoat, and specialty finishes using spray equipment. Inspect painted surfaces and perform buffing and polishing to achieve a flawless finish. Maintain paint booth equipment and ensure proper cleanliness of the work area. Follow all safety and environmental guidelines when handling paint materials and chemicals. Work closely with body technicians and estimators to ensure timely and accurate repairs. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and color accuracy. Requirements Previous experience in automotive Body Shop Repair or Paint . Strong understanding of automotive repair and refinishing processes. Experience with paint mixing systems and spray equipment. Detail-oriented with strong craftsmanship standards. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Valid driver's license. I-CAR or ASE certification is a plus. $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
