Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire services, alignments, and basic vehicle maintenance to ensure our customers' vehicles are running smoothly. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your automotive repair skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Duties Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely Conduct tire services including rotations, replacements, and repairs Assist with wheel alignments to improve vehicle handling and safety Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and recommend necessary repairs or services Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify problems accurately Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions Requirements Dealership experience or previous automotive repair work is preferred but not required Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive diagnostics is essential Experience with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment is necessary Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during vehicle servicing Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Customer service skills to communicate effectively with customers Prior service technician experience or automotive maintenance background is highly desirable Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Join us as a Lube Technician and be part of a team that values hard work, skill development, and delivering top-notch service.
