Oil Change Technician As an Oil Change Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of vehicles by providing essential maintenance services. Your expertise will help keep our customers' vehicles in top-notch condition, enhancing their driving experience and safety. What you'll do Perform oil changes and fluid checks to maintain vehicle performance. Conduct tire services including rotations, alignments, and replacements. Utilize hand tools and power tools to execute repairs and maintenance tasks. Diagnose automotive issues using your mechanical knowledge and provide solutions. Assist customers with service recommendations while delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Engage in heavy lifting as needed to support vehicle maintenance tasks. Basic qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and maintenance procedures. Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks. Preferred qualifications Previous dealership experience or as a service technician in an automotive setting. Experience with sales techniques to effectively communicate service options to customers. Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools for vehicle maintenance.
