Responsibilities:

Greet customers and accurately document vehicle concerns. Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections. Prepare repair orders and provide cost estimates. Communicate repair status and completion timelines to customers. Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow. Review completed repairs with customers and explain services performed. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

Previous Service Advisor experience required. Automotive dealership experience, especially with import brands, is a plus . Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds and X-Time helpful. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Please upload your resume.
