Are you a top performer? Are you earning in excess of 100K per year? We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-volume Hyundai service department. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks while delivering exceptional service. Duties Greet customers and accurately document vehicle concerns. Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections. Prepare repair orders and provide cost estimates. Communicate repair status and completion timelines to customers. Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow. Review completed repairs with customers and explain services performed. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Previous Service Advisor experience preferred. Automotive dealership experience, especially with import brands, is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds and X-Time helpful. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
