What You'll Be Doing Diagnosing drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues Performing your own repairs and services from start to finish Working on Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles Completing high-quality work efficiently and accurately Utilizing modern diagnostic equipment and shop technology Collaborating with an experienced team in a professional environment This Is NOT a Support Role This is a production-based technician position.

You will be expected to:

Diagnose your own work Perform the repairs yourself Manage productivity effectively Operate independently with minimal oversight This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in both their diagnostic ability and production output.

What We're Looking For Required:

6+ years of professional automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs Experience in a flat-rate production environment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to consistently produce quality work efficiently

Preferred:

ASE Certifications Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics Experience with Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles Compensation & Benefits Pay Structure $30
