Automotive Lube Technician

Responsibilities Perform oil changes, lubrication services, and routine vehicle maintenance with speed and accuracy. Conduct tire rotations, wheel alignments, and tire service to optimize vehicle safety and performance. Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to inspect and service vehicles efficiently. Assist with basic automotive diagnostics to identify issues related to engine performance, brakes, or suspension. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times. Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle needs and recommend additional services when appropriate. Support the team with heavy lifting tasks and other maintenance duties as required to ensure smooth shop operations. Experience Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background is highly preferred. Demonstrated mechanic experience with hands-on work in vehicle maintenance or service technician roles. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Experience performing oil changes, tire services, alignments, and general vehicle maintenance tasks. Strong customer service skills with the ability to clearly explain technical information to clients.
