Auto Detailing Technician

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Auto Detailing Technician who takes pride in producing high-quality work and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves cleaning, restoring, and protecting customer vehicles while maintaining shop efficiency, cleanliness, and professionalism. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, works with urgency, follows instructions well, and takes ownership of the finished product. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing services to company standards Wash, decontaminate, dry, and prepare vehicles for detailing services Vacuum interiors, clean carpets, seats, door panels, consoles, and trim Clean windows, mirrors, wheels, tires, and wheel wells Apply dressings, sealants, waxes, and other protection products as directed Inspect vehicles before and after service to ensure quality control Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Properly use and care for detailing chemicals, tools, towels, and equipment Communicate any vehicle damage, customer concerns, or service issues to management immediately Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality Qualifications Previous detailing experience preferred but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn High attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license necessary Ability to safely drive customer vehicles Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and move frequently throughout the day Ability to lift up to 30-50 pounds Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions What We Value We care more about character, reliability, and integrity than experience.
