Mopar/GM Certified Technicians

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mopar Certified Technician and a Certified GM Technician to join our dynamic automotive service team. As a certified technician you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics and mechanical repairs will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, brake repair, suspension work, and wheel alignments using hand tools and power tools. Repair and replace complex components such as transmissions, hydraulics systems, brakes, HVAC systems, shocks & struts, and electrical wiring. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues accurately and efficiently. Operate Shop equipment related to repairs in the shop. Weld, solder, or fabricate parts as needed to ensure optimal performance of vehicles or equipment. Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair findings clearly to customers while providing excellent customer service. Skills Proven dealership experience with automotive repair and service technician roles. Strong mechanical knowledge across various systems including transmissions, hydraulics, suspension, HVAC, diesel engines, and brakes. Skilled in using schematics for troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues. Experience with gas, diesel and hybrid vehicles. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic tools for vehicle maintenance and repairs. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or equipment handling. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail in diagnostics and repairs. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Knowledge of safety procedures related to industrial equipment operation and vehicle servicing.
