Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will perform comprehensive vehicle repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will diagnose issues accurately using advanced tools and techniques, execute repairs efficiently, and uphold the highest standards of quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of vehicles, including GM models and diesel engines, while honing your technical expertise in a fast-paced environment. Your energetic approach and mechanical knowledge will be key to delivering exceptional automotive service every day. Responsibilities Diagnose vehicle problems accurately using automotive diagnostics, schematics, and electrical system analysis. Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements. Repair or replace powertrain components, transmissions, axles, and other mechanical systems with precision. Conduct wheel alignments, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations, and vehicle electrical system troubleshooting. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to complete repairs efficiently. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to identify issues and execute repairs according to manufacturer specifications. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Proven dealership experience or extensive service technician background in automotive repair. Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems including powertrain, electrical systems, transmissions, and diesel engines. Must be invested in hand tools and power tools. the larger majority of diagnostic equipment is available for use. Proficiency with automotive diagnostics software and schematics interpretation. Hands-on experience with wheel alignment, and auto estimating procedures. Familiarity with all common brands of vehicles is preferred. Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a customer-focused attitude.
