Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Lube Technician, where you'll be the driving force behind vehicle maintenance and safety! In this energetic role, you'll perform essential lubrication services, oil changes, tire rotations, and basic inspections that keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. Your mechanical skills and attention to detail will ensure each vehicle receives top-quality care, contributing to customer satisfaction and vehicle longevity. Whether you're just starting out or bringing seasoned mechanic experience, your contributions will make a real difference every day! Duties Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and lubrication services efficiently and accurately Conduct tire rotations, including brakes, belts, hoses, and other key components Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks safely and effectively Assist with vehicle diagnostics to identify issues requiring further repair or service Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of used fluids and parts in compliance with safety standards Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions confidently Skills 2 yearsexperience or prior automotive service technician background preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance procedures Experience performing oil changes, tire service, alignments, and basic repairs Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude Basic sales skills to recommend additional services when appropriate This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their automotive expertise in a lively environment.
