Position Overview:

As a Pre-Delivery RV Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that RV units are thoroughly inspected and prepared for customer delivery. While mechanical skills are a plus, they are not required—training will be provided for motivated individuals eager to learn. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to perform tasks in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and prepare RV units for customer delivery, ensuring they meet company and safety standards. Conduct thorough quality checks to identify and address any issues or defects. Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications:

Mechanical skills and experience preferred but not mandatory. Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Ability to work in various weather conditions. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
