Overview Join our dynamic team as a Quick Lube Technician and become a vital part of delivering fast, reliable vehicle maintenance services. In this energetic role, you will perform routine oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. Your mechanical skills and customer service mindset will help ensure each vehicle is serviced efficiently and accurately, contributing to a positive experience for every customer. This position requires rotations of working alternating Saturdays 8 am
- 2 pm with a day off during the week on those Saturday rotation weeks.
Otherwise, schedule will be Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30. A canidate will need to have their own tools. This position offers an engaging environment where your automotive knowledge can shine and grow. Advancement opportunities are encouraged and supported! Responsibilities Perform quick oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs with precision and speed. Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs or potential issues. Assist with tire service including rotations, replacements, and balancing using hand tools and power tools. Support wheel alignments and brake inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance. Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Communicate clearly with customers about services performed and recommend additional maintenance when appropriate. Follow safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Experience Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Hands-on mechanic experience with automotive diagnostics, oil changes, tire service, and basic repairs. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service procedures. Customer service experience that demonstrates professionalism and effective communication skills. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as required for vehicle maintenance tasks. Knowledge of automotive maintenance standards including alignments, fluid changes, and general vehicle upkeep.
