In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford vehicles with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that every vehicle meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain a variety of vehicle systems, including powertrain, diesel engines, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and other electronic components. Conduct wheel alignments, vehicle maintenance, and auto body repairs as needed to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to complete repairs efficiently. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems on Ford vehicles. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to extend vehicle lifespan and enhance safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Qualifications Proven dealership experience or extensive mechanic experience working with Ford or similar brands. Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems, including powertrain, electrical systems, and diesel engines. Experience with ADAS calibration, vehicle alignment, and automotive diagnostics tools. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals for complex vehicle systems. Hands-on experience with auto body repair, welding, maintenance procedures, and vehicle electrical systems. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive service tools safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism. Knowledge of GM vehicles is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
