Technician Marty's Garage is an automotive repair business formed in 2013, specializing in classic cars but services all makes and models. Following a successful period of growth, the company now looks to recruit an experienced technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicles and a proven experience of repairing them. The business addresses all aspects of the repair process in-house, mechanical, welding, fuel injection, fabrication, bodywork, electrical, mechanical, motor building, machine work and trimming. The individual's enthusiasm, energy, and pace of delivery are extremely important for this role as their workmanship quality. methodical in their approach to ensure the projects are completed as quickly as possible to the exacting quality standards as set by the manufacturer. The position is available immediately, and the salary package will depend upon the candidate's skills and experience. The workshop premises are based in Stillwater Oklahoma.

Stillwater, OK Key Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical, brake system, fuel system, wiring, or engine testing per specifications. Assist in diagnostic and rectification of vehicle faults. Document methodically disassembling, labeling, photographing, and storing of vehicle parts. Analyze and report concise parts and materials requirements lists for procurement process. Setup and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Skills:
The candidate must be able to demonstrate experience of working on cars to a professional standard (i.e. not just hobby level).
Must Have:
Detailed knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems (engine, transmission,exhaust, fuel intake, driveline, suspension, tires, aliegnment and brakes.) Minimum of two years of educational training or associate degree in automotive field or two years of related work experience or a combination of the above.
Pay:
$18.00 - $40.00 per hour
