Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roadside Assistance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will provide prompt, professional support to drivers experiencing Roadside needs or emergencies. Your expertise in Lockouts, Tire changes and plugs, jump starts and battery replacements, will ensure that stranded motorists receive reliable assistance quickly and safely. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors while the job is on call during a scheduled time, solve mechanical challenges on the spot, and deliver exceptional customer service that keeps drivers moving forward. Responsibilities Respond swiftly to roadside assistance calls, arriving equipped with the necessary tools and parts to resolve roadside issues. Perform a variety of repairs including tire changes, battery jumps, lockouts, fuel deliveries, new battery installs, tire plugs, tire swap, and a few other things. Deliver exceptional customer service. Hit goals such as ETA goals and battery goals etc...resulting in great customer satisfaction reviews. Maintain accurate documentation by properly rotating service calls. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all roadside interventions to protect yourself and the motorist. Communicate clearly with customers, keeping them updated on your arrival times for their service, what youre doing during the requested service and ensure they are satisfied with your service and had a positive experience. Qualifications Basic vehicle maintenance proficiency; tire changes, plugs, jumps, batteries a plus. Ability to work independently in outdoor environments under various weather conditions. We take calls for service in the heat and snow, rain or shine. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Prior experience with vehicle maintenance preferred. Knowledge on well how to change a tire and install a battery Etc needed; training will be provided for motivated and dependable candidates.

COMMISSION POSITION.

Most people make between 500 to 1000.00 a wk. This is not guaranteed but what our guys make. We offer health and dental insurance after 2 months of employment. Company pays 50% of your insurance cost! This job requires a self motivated individual who is able to hold himself accountable to job standards and to be on call for long periods, including 1-2 overnights/wk.
