Job Description

Damerow Ford is looking for Lube Techs! If you are interested in an entry level position in a fast-paced service department, apply today, we will train the right candidates!
Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform frequent oil changes Multipoint inspections & general vehicle scheduled maintenance Top off other fluids in the transmission or braking system Perform tire pressure checks, tire mounting, tire rotations and inflate as needed Install new batteries, wiper blades and air filters Diagnose issues and recommend repair work
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to navigate computer software programs, basic typing skills needed Maintain a clean, safe working environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Possession of or ability to obtain training credentials like an ASE certification Possess a valid driver's license Acceptable driving record Acceptable background check Experience using hand and power tools
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present. Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds. Good vision to inspect repair work. Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.
