Required:
  • 2 years automotive technician experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve

Summary:
Seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician I to join our growing Service team! In this role, you'll perform high& #8209;quality repairs and maintenance while working alongside a supportive team in a clean, well& #8209;equipped shop environment.
Duties Include:
  • Perform work outlined on Repair Orders (ROs) efficiently and accurately.
  • Review ROs for time requirements, waiters, and service details.
  • Inspect vehicles for existing damage and note findings.
  • Install seat and steering wheel covers; perform safety inspections.
  • Inspect lighting, wipers, tires, fluids, belts, hoses, and leaks.
  • Rack vehicles and complete under& #8209;vehicle inspections.
  • Inspect driveline, brakes, exhaust, suspension, and steering components.
  • Document recommendations clearly and submit ROs for advisor review.
  • Perform approved services and upsell work when appropriate.
  • Reset maintenance reminder lights and complete documentation.
  • Road test vehicles to ensure quality and safety.
  • Return vehicles clean and restored to original condition.
  • Communicate job completion and findings to dispatcher, advisors, or leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Pay and Hours:
  • $26 per hour
  • Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
