In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles with a focus on European makes. Your expertise will ensure that each vehicle is serviced to the highest standards, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge automotive technology and contribute to a team committed to excellence in automotive service. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems and schematics to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on European vehicles, including powertrain, transmissions, diesel engines, and vehicle maintenance tasks. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and alignment machinery to execute repairs efficiently and safely. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex systems such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and automotive electrical components. Execute vehicle inspections, wheel alignments, and diagnostic tests to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating procedures, and communicate repair findings clearly to customers. Collaborate with team members on vehicle repair projects, ensuring adherence to dealership protocols and quality standards. Requirements Proven professional experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Extensive mechanical knowledge of European vehicles, including Audi, Mercedes, BMW, and other high end vehicles. Hands-on experience with ADAS systems, schematics reading, and automotive electrical systems. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and alignment machinery. Experience working on powertrain components, transmissions, diesel engines, and performing vehicle maintenance. Service technician experience demonstrating ability to diagnose complex issues efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly. Knowledge of auto estimating processes and familiarity with dealership workflows. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
