Job Description

We are a very busy automotive repair shop in Eugene. We provide an upscale repair service as an alternative to the dealership. We provide a robust warranty program and have a growing customer base from being in business for over 40 years. We are in need of an experienced Service Writer/Advisor who can sell! We are a hard working fast paced team that is looking for someone that is honest, positive, dedicated, well groomed, has great customer service and is ready to be part of a fantastic team. Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the auto service department, including scheduling, workflow, and customer interactions Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert advice on vehicle repairs and maintenance needs Write detailed and accurate service estimates using auto estimating software Offer additional services and repairs based on customer needs and vehicle diagnostics Oversee service technicians and ensure quality workmanship across various repair areas such as transmissions, oil changes, brake repair, suspension, tire service, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, alignment, air brake systems, and auto body repair Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills Handle cash transactions accurately and manage parts ordering and inventory control Train and mentor staff to uphold our standards for automotive repair and customer service
Pay:
$20.00 - $50.00 per hour
