Automotive Service Advisor/Writer

What You'll Do As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding experience by: Greeting customers and making them feel welcome. Listening carefully to customer concerns Explaining repairs in a way customers can easily understand. Preparing estimates and obtaining repair approvals. Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process. Coordinating workflow between customers, technicians and the parts suppliers. Scheduling appointments efficiently. Review completed repairs with customers at vehicle pickup, explain their invoice in a clear and professional manner, answer questions, and discuss recommended maintenance and future repair needs to help them plan for ongoing vehicle reliability. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone with outstanding people skills first--automotive experience is valuable, but we can teach the technical side to the right person.

Comfortable discussing repair recommendations and pricing. Team oriented and enjoys working with technicians. Professional in appearance and attitude. Eager to learn and improve every day. Able to show up to work on time. Current Oregon Drivers License and Clean Driving Record. Automotive Knowledge Preferred Experience as a Service Advisor is a plus, but we also welcome candidates with experience in: Automotive Service Automotive Parts Hospitality Restaurant Management Retail Management Customer Service Leadership If you can communicate well and genuinely enjoy helping people, we can teach you the automotive side.
