Job Description

We are currently looking specifically for a Drivability/Diag Tech. We need some one with experience. As an Automotive Technician, you will have the opportunity to increase your skills and knowledge while collaborating with a great team. This role is focused on servicing and repairing cars and light trucks, while also maintaining a clean, organized work area. You will respond to calls from customers to diagnose vehicle issues and provide repairs as needed. As a technician, you must be punctual and reliable, as well as able to work in a fast-paced environment. We expect you to have excellent communication skills, especially listening skills. You should enjoy working with your hands and be able to make decisions independently. Ultimately, you will be committed to providing high-quality customer service and repair work on time to meet our commitments. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to: Diagnose and repair faults in vehicles' power train, chassis and body systems. Maintain vehicle fleets' overall health and condition. Perform routine maintenance checks and general repairs. Operate specialized automotive equipment to carry out repairs with precision and efficiency. Troubleshoot to identify faulty components. Inspect vehicles to determine if parts are in working order, and to determine what repairs are needed. Read technical manuals and use them as a guide for repair work. Perform preventative maintenance services. Utilize a wide array of hand tools, including wrenches and screwdrivers, to fix broken parts. Use diagnostic machines (e.g. computer scan) to gather and analyze information about the status of vehicle components.
