Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our heated and cooled shop environment. This role offers top pay and the opportunity to work on a wide variety of European vehicles, including Land Rover and Jaguar models, with a focus on delivering exceptional automotive repair and maintenance services. As a Master Technician, you will utilize your extensive mechanical knowledge, diagnostic skills, and hands-on expertise to ensure our customers receive top-quality service. This position is perfect for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to excellence in automotive repair. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on all vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and powertrain components. Conduct advanced repairs on gasoline and diesel engines, including troubleshooting Use schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently. Execute vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, and suspension work. Repair or replace automotive electrical systems Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive service tools to complete repairs with precision. Maintain detailed service records, communicate findings clearly to customers, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Keep the shop organized, adhere to safety protocols, and stay current with industry advancements through ongoing training. Experience Proven dealership experience or extensive background as an automotive technician at a master or advanced level. Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle makes and models; familiarity with diesel vehicles is a plus. Demonstrated expertise in automotive diagnostics using modern scan tools and schematics. Experience repairing engines and working with complex automotive electrical systems. Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, wheel alignments, vehicle maintenance procedures, and powertrain repairs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to clients. Valid mechanic certification(s) or equivalent experience; ongoing professional development preferred. Join us in delivering top-tier automotive service in a shop designed for comfort and efficiency!
