Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Lube Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive maintenance and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and other preventive maintenance tasks to help ensure vehicle safety and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and building a career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services Rotate and balance tires to ensure optimal vehicle performance Conduct vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance concerns Utilize hand tools and shop equipment safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns professionally Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks appropriately Collaborate with fellow technicians and service team members Stay current on vehicle maintenance procedures and industry best practices Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic vehicle maintenance issues Complete all work in accordance with dealership policies, procedures, and safety standards Meet or exceed dealership expectations for quality, productivity, and efficiency

Required Qualifications:

Strong communication and listening skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to perform physical tasks associated with automotive service work Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record required

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience performing oil changes and tire rotations Familiarity with automotive hand tools and their proper use Experience working in a dealership, repair shop, or similar automotive environment Basic automotive maintenance and repair knowledge
