Recreational Vehicle Technician

We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented RV Technician who takes pride in their work. At Northwest RVs, we specialize in RV sales, repairs, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair RV systems and components Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and motorhomes Repair and service: Electrical systems (12V & 110V) Plumbing systems Appliances (fridges, water heaters, furnaces, A/C units, etc.) Slide-outs, leveling systems, awnings, and jacks Roof repairs, sealing, leak detection, and water damage repairs Interior and exterior repairs Complete PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspections) for sold units Install upgrades and accessories (solar, tankless water heaters, TVs, lighting, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate repair findings clearly with management

Qualifications:

RV technician experience preferred, but mechanical, construction, automotive, or handyman experience will be considered Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical repairs is a plus Ability to work independently and efficiently Attention to detail is a must Positive attitude and strong work ethic Valid driver's license preferred
