Are you highly skilled in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electronics, carpentry, diagnostics or electrical maintenance in the RV Space? We are looking to build our RV Service Technician team and we need you! Think of these as homes on wheels. We do not do work on engines or chassis. We are expanding our staff to keep up with the booming RV industry, and are seeking an ambitious Auto or RV Service Technician to join our team. What does an RV Technician do for us? The successful RV Technician must be dedicated, able to converse with customers and manufacturers, have the ability to diagnose then fix problems, a self-starter, with a focus on quality. The experienced level RV Technician will repair multiple areas of RVs

• and recondition pre-owned units for resale.

We have a state of the art facility including a heated service shop. Position Requirements Ability to diagnose and fix electrical, heating, plumbing, and hydraulic systems 3-5 years of previous tech experience in the RV industry is required Certification in trade fields such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing are a plus! Construction skills to repair water damaged units Must have own tools Ability to apply oneself with minimal supervision Ability to work within a team environment Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen and professional references who can verify work experience Johnson RV strives to operate according to the following values with our customers, employees, owners and community:
