Express/Lube Technician Job Responsibilities Greet service customers and assist with vehicle check-ins Perform basic vehicle inspections, noting concerns for service advisors Record customer information and service requests accurately in the dealership system Assist service advisors with scheduling, follow-ups, and communication with customers Support technicians with minor vehicle preparation tasks as needed Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status, basic service updates, and rental arrangements Learn and adhere to dealership service procedures, safety standards, and best practices
