Job Description

Job Summary:
Join our team as a Subaru Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain our customers' vehicles using factory-certified tools and technologies. Key Responsibilities Diagnosis :
Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues using Subaru diagnostic software.
Repair :
Perform powertrain, transmission, steering, suspension, and brake repairs.
Maintenance :
Execute multi-point safety inspections, fluid replacements, and reconditioning.
Collaboration :
Work with Service Advisors to provide clear labor estimates and detailed stories.
Safety :
Adhere strictly to shop safety regulations, hazardous waste protocols, and driving policies.
Position Requirements Experience :
Minimum of 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
Certifications :
Active ASE certifications preferred; Subaru factory certifications are a major plus.
Tools :
Ownership of standard mechanical hand and power tools.
Licensing :
Valid driver's license required for vehicle road testing.
Aptitude :
Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions safely.
Screening :
Must pass a routine pre-employment background check and drug screening.
