Our team stands by four main principles in everything we do: Value, Professionalism, Transparency, and Safety. We offer automotive repairs, maintenance and restoration (body/paint). We are looking for someone who is familiar with the industry and knows a little about cars, routine maintenance and repairs. During peak hours, this job is fast paced and requires multitasking and ability to work under pressure. Job Description
  • Providing face-to-face customer service.
  • Answer phone calls, text messages, emails and respond the same day.
  • Contact insurance, warranty and parts vendors for various reasons.
  • Schedule customers for their vehicle repairs or service.
  • Oversee and manage loaner vehicles.
  • Strong communication skills; verbal and written.
  • Process payments; cash, visa, checks and accounts receivables.
  • Learn to use shop management system, process invoices.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Inventory of office and bathroom supplies.
  • Ability to learn and follow system/processes.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of experience within a customer-facing environment.
Examples:
Insurance, auto parts, tire centers, and retail.
  • Must be bilingual (English, Spanish).
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use Computer, smart phone or tablet, etc.
