Lube Technician

Position Summary:

The Lube Tech is responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance on all our equipment, including oil changes, lubrication, fluid checks, and basic inspections. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and longevity.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil and filter changes on our equipment
• Drive to job sites to complete machine inspections and maintenance
• Lubricate moving parts and components according to manufacturer specs
• Check and top off fluids, including hydraulic, and transmission fluids
• Inspect belts, hoses, and other key components for wear and damage
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Assist techs with basic maintenance and shop tasks as needed
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in heavy equipment industry
• Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn
• Clean driving record
