Job Description
Position Summary:
The Lube Tech is responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance on all our equipment, including oil changes, lubrication, fluid checks, and basic inspections. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and longevity.Responsibilities:
- Perform oil and filter changes on our equipment
- Drive to job sites to complete machine inspections and maintenance
- Lubricate moving parts and components according to manufacturer specs
- Check and top off fluids, including hydraulic, and transmission fluids
- Inspect belts, hoses, and other key components for wear and damage
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Assist techs with basic maintenance and shop tasks as needed
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in heavy equipment industry
- Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn
- Clean driving record
- Valid driver's license Compensation and Benefits Compensation starting at $24.
