Job Description
Job Summary This is an on-site, part-time OR full-time role based in the western Main Line, PA, for a Car Care Coordinator. Duties The Car Care Coordinator will oversee, plan, and manage all aspects of vehicle care services offered at CarVault. This includes coordinating vehicle storage, facilitating maintenance and other "collection management" services with local providers, and communicating directly with clients to ensure their specific needs are met. Experience Expertise in general vehicle operation and maintenance, particularly with both classic and modern collector-quality vehicles, to oversee and organize vehicle care services effectively. Experience and familiarity with manual transmissions and other nuances of vehicles from various vintages. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and service providers. Experience or familiarity with high-end vehicle detailing and related services is a plus. Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field is beneficial but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage schedules and maintain operational excellence. Ability to take initiative and work independently in an on-site role while collaborating with team members as needed. Ability to work weekends is required.
