Role:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Automotive Technician to join our client's thriving independent repair shop. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of makes and models, from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics and repairs. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, and vehicle inspections. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns across multiple vehicle brands. Utilize diagnostic equipment and repair information systems to accurately identify faults. Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide repair recommendations. Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and management. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Stay up to date with industry advancements and repair techniques.
Qualifications:
Having your own tools for the job is essential. Previous experience as an Automotive Technician required. ASE Certification preferred but not required. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Experience working on a variety of domestic, import, and light-duty vehicles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
