Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Technician at all experience levels and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Paid positions are available for all levels of experience, including internships, with a focus on fostering your professional development with our internal technician educator. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including powertrain, suspension, brakes, steering, and alignment to ensure optimal performance. Conduct diesel engine repairs and service GM vehicles with precision and attention to detail. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to execute repairs efficiently. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems effectively. Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid replacements, and brake inspections to keep vehicles running smoothly. Assist with auto body repairs when necessary and contribute to maintaining high standards of automotive service quality. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and vehicle safety features. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Experience Dealership experience or equivalent automotive service background preferred but not required; we welcome all levels of mechanic experience eager to learn. Demonstrated mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems including electrical, mechanical, and powertrain components. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics software and understanding of schematics for troubleshooting complex issues. Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, ADAS calibration, diesel engine repair, and auto body repair techniques is highly desirable. Ability to work safely with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and maintenance machinery in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally. Knowledge of GM vehicles or similar makes is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific brand expertise. Join us today to accelerate your career in automotive repair!
