- Full-time We are currently seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to help support our team.

Job Responsibilities Duplicate, diagnose and repair a full range of automotive service issues found on vehicles including those of all electrical systems, engine, transmission, suspension, braking system, and emission system. Perform routine service inspections, test, and lubricate engines and other major components Repair automobiles and light trucks Know and adhere to safety and environmental standards for maintenance/ repair facilities and maintain a clean and safe working environment Communicate with service advisors Accurately complete repair orders and inspect vehicles for safety concerns Other items as deemed necessary by management
- Operate repair and maintenance equipment to perform specific services on vehicles (i.
e. alignment machine, press, brake lathe, tire and balancing machine, etc.) Perform service campaigns or recalls on vehicles according to factory guidelines Secure vehicles on the lot once repairs are finished and indicate parking spot. Give repair order to service advisor to finalize invoice and place keys with cashier for customer pick up or other designated area as directed Fix it right the first time attuited. Perform road tests, check service history and factory technical information, obtain additional information from the service advisor or customer, if necessary. "Cannot verify "or "Normal Operation" results and some comebacks need to be escalated to a service manager Ensure that every vehicle that leaves the dealership is safe to drive according to state requirements Return customers' cars in clean condition with seats, radios, mirrors, and convenience items returned to original positions; notify the service manager immediately if something has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle Obtain approval from management for warranty work when applicability needs to be verified Install accessories on vehicles when requested for delivery or as a "we owe" 3-5 years experience in automotive industry compensation to reflect knowledge Requirements Dealership experience a plus Ford experience is preferred, but not required State inspection and emissions license preferred ASE Certifications a plus Must have own tools Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Trustworthy, dependable and reliable Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen Our Commitment to
