The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of classic automobile systems and the ability to diagnose, repair, restore, and maintain vehicles while preserving their originality and craftsmanship. ​​​​​​​ Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on classic and vintage vehicles Rebuild and repair engines, transmissions, carburetors, and drivetrain components Service suspension, steering, brake, cooling, fuel, and electrical systems Perform tune-ups, ignition timing, carburetor adjustments, and engine performance work Install and fit replacement or reproduction parts Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems unique to older vehicles Conduct inspections and recommend repairs or restoration needs Pull dashboards, seats and interior of car if needed Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience working on classic, antique, muscle, or collector vehicles Strong knowledge of carbureted engines, mechanical fuel systems, ignition systems, and vintage electrical systems Experience rebuilding engines and transmissions is highly preferred Ability to read service manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Why Work With Us?
