Job Description

Mike Kelly Automotive is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service and communication skills, along with strong technical knowledge. As a Service Advisor, you will take ownership of the customer experience in the service lane. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed efficiently. From greeting vehicle owners upon arrival to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who are passionate about helping others. We are a family-owned dealership offering a positive work environment, competitive compensation, health benefits, and a 401(k) plan.
Responsibilities:
Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service Promote and sell technician labor to meet departmental sales goals Identify and prioritize required services; provide recommendations and options as needed Keep customers informed of service progress, completion times, costs, and any changes Deliver a consistently positive dealership experience Maintain a strong understanding of vehicle products and services to confidently answer customer questions
Qualifications:
Basic computer skills (training provided for dealership systems) Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor Commitment to delivering 100% customer satisfaction Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Leadership or team management experience preferred Professional, well-groomed appearance Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening For immediate consideration, apply online today!
