Automotive Service Advisor

Mike Kelly Automotive is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service and communication skills, along with strong technical knowledge. As a Service Advisor, you will take ownership of the customer experience in the service lane. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed efficiently. From greeting vehicle owners upon arrival to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who are passionate about helping others. Responsibilities:

Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service Promote and sell technician labor to meet departmental sales goals Identify and prioritize required services; provide recommendations and options as needed Keep customers informed of service progress, completion times, costs, and any changes Deliver a consistently positive dealership experience Maintain a strong understanding of vehicle products and services to confidently answer customer questions

Qualifications:
