Why Flynn's Tire? Our compensation includes a base rate plus commission on service with bonus eligibility. Earn $25-30/hr depending on your skill level, experience, and ASE certifications. We will pay for your ASE certifications and provide training so you can increase your income and grow in your career development. Earn up to 20 paid time off days/year plus 6 paid holidays. What You Will Do:

Our Automotive Technicians perform all automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and service, as well as tire related service while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. Duties include but are not limited to: State Inspections and Emission Testing (PA) Wheel alignments Steering & Suspension repairs Engine repairs

Belts & Hoses HVAC Service & Repairs Diagnostics & Electrical Repairs Preventative Maintenance Brake Diagnostic & Repair Job Requirements:

PA State Inspection License:

Required ASE Certifications:

minimum Brakes and Steering/Suspension Minimum 3 years experience working in an auto repair facility Valid Driver's License Acceptable MVR and Background Check Pre-Employment Drug Screening Can lift 20 - 80 pounds
