Job Description A Mechanic is responsible for completing the following duties: Performing general repairs on propane and refined fuel trucks and transports Operating equipment in a 100% safe manner following appropriate regulations, policies and procedures Ensuring work meets Westmor's standard of quality and customers' expectations Completing repairs on time Working safely around gas, diesel, LP and Anhydrous Ammonia Inspecting trucks and trailers to determine necessary service/repairs Repairing piping systems, pumps, valves and meters Calibrating meters Troubleshooting and repairing 12 volt wiring systems Other duties as assigned Employee Benefits Weekly paycheck Boot reimbursements up to $125 Medical insurance - company covers 75% of premiums Dental and vision insurance Paid vacation Company paid life insurance 401K retirement account with 5% company match On the spot bonuses up to $100 Qualifications Ability to use gas torch and plasma cutters Welding skills Strong mechanical background or experience Understanding of 12V electrical systems is preferred
