Field Installation Technician - Paid Training, Vehicle (Starlink, Satellite & Smart Home)

Start a hands-on career as a Field Installation Technician. Paid training provided — no prior satellite or installation experience required. This is a customer-facing role where you will manage your own route and work independently each day. This is a physically active role working with tools, ladders, and outdoor conditions. Best suited for candidates with construction, labor, delivery, sales, or other hands-on experience. This is an entry-level role — we provide full paid training. This role requires strong reliability and the ability to complete daily routes on time. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in a growing industry.

What You'll Do:

Install Starlink internet, satellite systems, and smart home devices (dish mounting, cabling, router setup) Install and service DISH satellite equipment Set up smart home and security devices (Ring, Google, SimpliSafe, etc...) Deliver and activate mobile devices through Boost Mobile partnership Assist customers with setup, data transfer, and activation Provide a professional in-home customer experience Manage your own daily route and complete scheduled jobs independently Identify opportunities to earn additional income through on-site sales

Basic Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass strict criminal background check, MVR, and drug screen

Physical Requirements:

Comfortable working on ladders/roofs, outdoors in various weather conditions, and in tight spaces Lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical job requirements, including ladder safety and equipment weight limits Able to work independently and manage own schedule and route

Training Details:

Must have a personal, reliable vehicle (not shared or public transportation) for the first 4-6 weeks (company vehicle provided after training) Must be able to travel to Front Royal, VA for the first 3 days (hotel provided on a case-by-case basis depending on mileage) or Indiana, PA for one day of training (training location determined by home address) Remaining training completed in your home territory

Pay & Earning Potential:

$17-$25/hour average first year (including bonuses and incentives) Top performers can earn $25+/hour in the first year Additional income through on-site sales opportunities during installations Paid training provided
