We are looking for a dependable, full-time Mobile Service Technician. A Mobile Service Technician is responsible for providing service to our customers at their home or workplace while maintaining exceptional customer service. This can include traveling to customer locations to perform basic preventative maintenance, cleaning, visual inspection, diagnostics, recalls, accessory installations, module reprogramming and removal of parts and attachments. We have a brand-new mobile service van with state of the art equipment and all of the tools needed to get the job done safely and efficiently. Our Ford factory training will help you build a stronger foundation through online and live training opportunities which is fully funded by Koch 33 and Ford. Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc Communicate directly with the Service Advisor and customers providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:

Confident, positive, customer-oriented attitude Experience 3+ years automotive mechanics experience (with additional experience considered) Valid driver's license and good driving record Self-motivated, independent worker Clean appearance a must Ability to work outdoors or in various types of weather Dealership experience a plus Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check Koch Automotive Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity.
