Autobots of Easton is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Automotive Technician with 10+ years of experience who takes pride in diagnosing vehicles correctly, performing quality repairs, and delivering exceptional service. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics Identify the root cause of issues instead of simply replacing parts Complete repairs efficiently and accurately Perform inspections, maintenance, and preventive services Communicate findings clearly with our service advisors Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area Help mentor and support junior technicians when appropriate What We're Looking For 10+ years of professional automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs from start to finish Valid driver's license with a good driving record Pennsylvania Inspection & Emissions License preferred Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality
