This role includes preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting of vehicle systems. Key Responsibilities Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle issues Repair engines, suspension systems, steering components, brakes, and other vehicle systems Complete inspections and recommend necessary repairs Diagnostics & Troubleshooting Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle concerns Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and performance-related issues Accurately document repairs and maintenance performed Safety & Quality Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently Follow company procedures and industry safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Verify vehicles are operating properly before release Qualifications 2-5 years of automotive technician or mechanic experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with vehicle maintenance and repair procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work ASE certifications are a plus, but not required Schedule Full-Time Opportunities Available 1st Shift 2nd Shift 3rd Shift Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Basic computer and documentation skills Must pass drug screening, background check, and employment verification Build a Career with EQPT Services EQPT Services offers stable, long-term career opportunities for skilled automotive technicians who want consistent work, strong benefits, and a professional environment where their skills are valued.
