Summary- We are seeking an entry level or skilled Automotive Service Advisor / Writer to join our team in Glenshaw, PA. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and our service department, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and satisfying experience for every client. This position plays a key role in maintaining our commitment to customer loyalty and excellence. Responsibilities- Write detailed service estimates and repair orders. Communicate effectively with technicians and customers about vehicle repairs. Upsell additional services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation of all service activities. Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding their vehicle status. Promote dealership services and special programs to maximize customer engagement. Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of customer care. Qualifications Proven dealership experience as a Service Advisor or Writer. Strong automotive knowledge, diagnostics, and mechanical understanding is preferred but not necessary. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly. Ability to upsell services tactfully while maintaining integrity. Experience with auto estimating software is preferred. Knowledge of automotive repairs including transmissions, suspension, brakes, and tire services is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
