Job Description
Overall Summary As a service consultant you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer. Education High School Experience Less than 1 year Additional Information We are looking for a professional looking to either enhance or start a new career as a service writer. Experience not needed, we are a family owned dealer group in business for over 90 years with 31 dealerships with loads of room for growth. We are a team baised shop with plentiful customer pay, warranty and internal work to go around.
