• Job Description
• We are seeking a dedicated Mechanic to join our dynamic shop team.

This role involves performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on all coin wrap machines, which are unique to our establishment. Candidates will be trained on these machines, as they are custom-built. The focus will be on troubleshooting small machines, including wrappers, gun-slings, presses, and rollers, often dealing with mini-breakdowns and urgent repairs.

• Responsibilities
• + Perform preventive maintenance on all coin wrap machines. + Troubleshoot and repair small mechanical issues on machines such as wrappers, presses, and rollers. + Respond to urgent breakdowns and maintain machine functionality. + Collaborate with the plant manager and owner to learn machine specifics. + Utilize provided tools to perform repairs and maintenance.
• Essential Skills
• + Experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic. + Skills in mechanical repair and preventive maintenance. + Ability to work with conveyers and small motors.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Comfortable working around machinery and using tools. + Ability to work in slouched positions, bending, and twisting. + Team player capable of working independently when required. + Good attendance and punctuality.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $41600.00
• $41600.00/yr. After 90 days 5 days sick1 year=1 week2 year
• 2 week2 Personnel DaysMedical/Dental/Vision covered but higher deductible
• employees can pay out of pocket for a better plan with lower deductible
