Master / A Level Automotive Technician
- $35•45/hr•
No Weekends Location:
Hatfield, PA Schedule:
Monday to Friday (8:30 AM- 5:00 PM)
Pay Rate:
$35.00- $45.
Experience Required:
6+ years Position Summary Promotive is hiring experienced Master / A Level Automotive Technicians for a highly respected, well-established shop in Hatfield, PA. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday opportunity offering strong hourly pay, excellent benefits, and a professional, drama-free work environment. This role is built for a true diagnostic technician—someone who knows how to go beyond basic scan tools and confidently use advanced equipment like lab scopes and oscilloscopes to solve complex problems. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models Troubleshoot complex drivability and electrical issues using scan tools, lab scopes, and oscilloscopes Complete brake, suspension, drivetrain, and engine repairs with precision Perform Pennsylvania State Inspections and emissions testing (or willingness to obtain) Utilize modern diagnostic platforms (Snap-On Zeus, Autel, etc.) Conduct Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using tablets Maintain high-quality standards—accurate diagnostics, no guesswork or parts swapping Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction Qualifications 6+ years of professional experience as an automotive technician Master or A-Level technician with strong diagnostic expertise Proven ability to use lab scopes, oscilloscopes, and advanced diagnostic tools ASE certifications strongly preferred PA State Inspection License (or willingness to obtain quickly) Strong electrical and drivability troubleshooting skills Comfortable with digital tools, software, and modern vehicle systems Positive, team-oriented attitude with a high level of professionalism Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $35.00- $45.00/hr Monday-Friday schedule
